NGO « International Federation Alysh » passes a re-registration on August, 27th, 2004, the order 1258. Change of the name on « International Federations wrestling on belts Аlysh » (МФБПА). The certificate number 075766. The federation has the republican status. The territory of activity - Republic of Kyrgyzstan. Members - physical persons under the list at the moment of a re-registration. “The aims of the organization are: all-round development and popularization wrestling on belts - Аlysh in Republic of Kyrgyzstan, protection of Alysh interests in the sports, public and state organizations”. The head of department of the state registration E. Iskakov. From above told follows, that IFWBA is the republican organization and has the right to organize actions on struggle alysh (one of a version of national struggle of Uzbek people), not above a level of the international tournaments, only in territory of Republic Kyrgyzstan. For today, the International Belt Wrestling Association is the unique international officially registered organization responsible for development of national kinds of struggle on belts in the world. Doors IBWA are opened for all national federations/ organizations to enable sportsmen of all countries of the world to take part in official competitions (the continental championships, the world championships and cups).     |
